party administrator specializing in providing retirement solutions for the small
business owner. Emphasis is placed on maximizing benefits for the owner while
maintaining employee costs at predictable and acceptable levels.
Services provided include the following:
• Design of the retirement program
• Drafting of all retirement plan documents
• Annual IRS compliance review
• All required non-discrimination testing
• Annual filings with the Internal Revenue Service, the Department of Labor and
Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation, as needed
• Loan administration including all documentation
• Distribution administration including IRS forms 1099-R
Investment of the retirement funds is at the discretion of the owner. If the
owner wishes advice on investment programs, Pegler can provide a list of
successful investment professionals able to assist.
